Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using League Night, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Account Registration

To use League Night, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date account information.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

Subscription Terms

League Night requires an active subscription to access the Service. All new accounts receive a 30-day free trial. The following subscription plans are available:

• Monthly: $1.99/month (with 30-day free trial)
• Annual: $14.99/year (with 30-day free trial)

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. Your payment method will be charged at the start of each renewal period. The renewal price may change, and we will notify you of any price changes in advance.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. On iOS, cancel through Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android, cancel through the Google Play Store > Subscriptions. On the web, cancel through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until your paid period expires.

Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the selected plan rate.

Refunds: Refund requests for mobile subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. Web subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us for assistance.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools to access the Service without our written consent.

Intellectual Property

The League Night name, logo, design, code, and all related intellectual property are owned by Tyler Jasper. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content without our prior written permission. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used in the Service are the property of their respective owners.

Data Ownership

You own your match data. All match results, statistics, team information, and other content you enter into League Night remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We will never sell your personal match data to third parties. You may request an export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyler Jasper and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
• Interruption of service or inability to access the Service.
• Errors or inaccuracies in match data, statistics, or skill level calculations.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms or abusive behavior.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@leaguenightapp.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page and notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
