Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use League Night:

• Account Information: Your email address and any profile information you provide during registration.
• Match Data: Match results, scores, innings, defensive shots, timeouts, break and runs, game types, skill levels, team information, opponent details, and any notes you enter.
• Subscription Status: Information about your subscription plan, trial status, and payment history (payment details are handled entirely by Apple/Google/Stripe and are never stored by us directly).
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app version for diagnostics and compatibility purposes.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the app, including features used, screens viewed, and session duration, collected to improve the Service.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve the League Night Service, including match tracking, statistics, achievements, and skill level insights.
• To authenticate your account and manage your subscription.
• To sync your data across devices so you can access your match history from any supported platform.
• To analyze usage patterns and improve app performance, stability, and user experience.
• To communicate with you about your account, subscription, or Service updates.
• To respond to your support requests and inquiries.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in the cloud using Supabase, a managed PostgreSQL database platform. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Our database infrastructure is hosted on secure, SOC 2 compliant cloud servers.

For offline functionality, certain data may be cached locally on your device using an encrypted local database. This local data syncs with our cloud servers when a network connection is available.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate League Night. Each has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information:

• Supabase: Database hosting, user authentication, and real-time data synchronization.
• RevenueCat: Mobile subscription management for in-app purchases on iOS and Android. RevenueCat processes subscription events but does not have access to your match data.
• Stripe: Web subscription payment processing. Stripe handles all payment card information directly and is PCI DSS compliant. We never store your credit card details.
• Apple App Store: App distribution and in-app purchase processing for iOS users.
• Google Play Store: App distribution and in-app purchase processing for Android users.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and match data for as long as your account is active. If your subscription lapses, your data is preserved and remains accessible if you resubscribe.

If you request account deletion, we will permanently delete all your personal information and match data within 30 days of your request. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes and cannot be used to identify you.

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
• Export: You can request an export of your match data in a portable format.
• Deletion: You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Correction: You can update or correct your personal information at any time through the app.

Children's Privacy

League Night is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@leaguenightapp.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page and notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
